You’re waiting to feel confident before you speak up. Prepared before you launch. Qualified before you apply. But readiness doesn’t arrive before you begin — it develops because you begin. You become ready through the messy process of trying, failing, learning, adjusting. Every person who’s ever done anything meaningful started before they felt ready. They felt scared, uncertain, unprepared. They did it anyway. And that’s what made them ready.

Confidence is built through action, not granted before it.
The version of you that’s ready doesn’t exist yet. You have to create it.
