But you were never assigned the whole world. You were given ten feet: your home, your street, your team, your inbox, your daily interactions. Within that radius, you have real power. The encouragement you give. The quality you insist on. The way you treat the person in front of you. Small revolutions, faithfully repeated, are how the big ones actually happen.
