Happy Sunday!
Five minutes each week to reset, reflect, and move forward with intention.
1 INSIGHT TO CONSIDER
The right people make you more yourself, not less.
Think about how you feel after time with certain people - lighter, clearer, quietly inspired to do your work. And how you feel after others - drained, doubtful, smaller. This isn’t an accident. Energy, standards, and hope are all contagious. The encouraging news is that company is largely a choice. You can seek out the people who are building things, asking good questions, cheering sincerely for others. You can be that person too. Surrounding yourself with good company isn’t about status. It’s about becoming.
2 REFLECTIONS TO SIT WITH
Who you spend time with is a quiet vote for who you’re becoming.
The best company doesn’t compete with you. It grows with you.
3 PROMPTS FOR THE WEEK
Who leaves me more energized and more myself - and when did I last reach out to them?
What kind of company am I being for the people around me?
What one relationship could I invest in this week?
Until next week,
Chris
