Where you spend your time...
Reveals what you actually value, not what you say you value.
Happy Sunday!
Five minutes each week to reset, reflect, and move forward with intention.
1 INSIGHT TO CONSIDER
Time is the currency of life. How you spend it is how you spend your life.
We claim we value creativity, but spend hours consuming content. We say relationships matter, but invest our best energy into work. We talk about health, but trade sleep for one more episode. Your time is the most honest audit of your priorities. Not your intentions, not your wishes, not what you tell yourself you care about. Where your hours actually go - that's what you value. And unlike money, you can never earn more time.
2 REFLECTIONS TO SIT WITH
You always have time for what truly matters to you. Always.
Saying you don’t have time is just saying it’s not a priority.
3 PROMPTS FOR THE WEEK
If someone looked at my last week, what would they say I value most?
Where am I investing time that doesn’t align with what I claim matters?
What deserves more of my time - and what could I eliminate to create space for it?
Until next week,
Chris

I always look forward to your weekly missives. This week’s really spoke to me. Now that I’m retired, I truly have more time, but I know I am not spending it wisely. This week’s “Insight” is going on my refrigerator (nothing is on my refrigerator, so you know this is special!) so I see it several times during the day.
“Your time is the most honest audit of your priorities.”
Many Thanks!
