Walking away isn't weakness...
Sometimes it's the bravest thing you can do.
Happy Sunday!
Five minutes each week to reset, reflect, and move forward with intention.
1 INSIGHT TO CONSIDER
Quitting the wrong thing makes room for the right one.
We’re taught that winners never quit, that giving up is failure, that you should always push through. But not everything deserves your persistence. Some things are worth quitting - the job that’s hollowing you out, the path you chose to please someone else, the dream that was never really yours. Walking away from the wrong thing isn’t giving up. It’s making space. The courage to quit what doesn’t serve you is just as important as the courage to keep going when it does.
2 REFLECTIONS TO SIT WITH
Persistence in the wrong direction is just stubbornness.
Letting go of one thing is saying yes to another.
3 PROMPTS FOR THE WEEK
What am I holding onto out of fear of being seen as a quitter?
Where is my persistence actually keeping me stuck?
What would open up if I walked away from something that no longer fits?
Until next week,
Chris
