“What if” is the question fear uses to keep you frozen.
What if it doesn’t work? What if I fail? What if people judge me? What if I’m not good enough? You can spend your entire life spinning these questions, imagining every possible disaster. But here’s the truth: you’ll never know the answers by thinking about them. The only way to find out is to act. And most of the catastrophes you’re imagining? They never happen. Fear deals in hypotheticals. Action deals in reality.
