The bravest thing you do...
Might be the thing no one ever sees.
Happy Sunday!
Five minutes each week to reset, reflect, and move forward with intention.
1 INSIGHT TO CONSIDER
Real courage doesn’t need an audience.
We often tie our brave acts to recognition – the public risk, the visible win, the moment others applaud. But the deepest courage happens in private. The boundary you hold when no one’s watching. The temptation you resist alone. The promise you keep to yourself when breaking it would cost you nothing. These quiet acts shape who you are far more than any public performance. You are who you are when no one is looking, and that person is built one unwitnessed choice at a time.
2 REFLECTIONS TO SIT WITH
Integrity is what you do when there’s no one to impress.
The character you build in private becomes the person you are in public.
3 PROMPTS FOR THE WEEK
Where am I only brave when someone is watching?
What private promise to myself have I been breaking?
What would change if I valued my own witness more than anyone else’s?
Until next week,
Chris
