Success requires letting go...
Of what you were taught to believe. The rules you're following might be the very things holding you back.
Happy Sunday!
Five minutes each week to reset, reflect, and move forward with intention.
1 INSIGHT TO CONSIDER
Sometimes the hardest work isn’t learning new things. It’s unlearning old ones.
We carry so many inherited beliefs - about success, work, relationships, creativity, what’s possible. Most of them were handed down by well-meaning people who were also operating from their own limitations. The career advice from your parents’ generation. The creative rules from teachers who never created professionally. The limiting beliefs about money, time, or worthiness that you absorbed without questioning. Moving forward often means letting go of what got you here.
2 REFLECTIONS TO SIT WITH
What you believe shapes what you see as possible.
The first step to breakthrough is often questioning what you’ve always accepted as true.
3 PROMPTS FOR THE WEEK
What belief am I operating from that I’ve never actually questioned?
What “rule” am I following that might not apply to my life?
What would become possible if I let go of one limiting belief?
Until next week,
Chris
