Happy Sunday!
Five minutes each week to reset, reflect, and move forward with intention.
1 INSIGHT TO CONSIDER
The world has enough critics. It's short on examples.
It’s easy to name what’s broken – in your workplace, your community, your industry, your family. Criticism costs nothing and feels like contribution. But naming the problem and being the solution are different acts entirely. If you want more honesty around you, be more honest. If you want deeper work in your field, make deeper work. If you want kindness in your home, bring it first. You don’t change your corner of the world by describing what it lacks. You change it by supplying what’s missing, starting with yourself.
2 REFLECTIONS TO SIT WITH
Every complaint is a job posting. Consider applying.
Your example travels further than your opinion ever will.
3 PROMPTS FOR THE WEEK
What do I criticize most often - and am I embodying its opposite?
What’s missing around me that I could personally supply?
What would change in my world if I became the example instead of the commentator?
Until next week,
Chris
