Simplicity is clarity...
Not about having less, but about knowing what matters most.
Happy Sunday!
Five minutes each week to reset, reflect, and move forward with intention.
1 INSIGHT TO CONSIDER
Complexity is easy. Simplicity takes wisdom.
Anyone can add more - more features, more commitments, more stuff, more complexity. But it takes real discernment to strip away everything that doesn’t serve the essential. Simplicity isn’t about deprivation or minimalism for its own sake. It’s about having the courage to say no to good things so you can say yes to the great ones. It’s clarity of purpose made visible.
2 REFLECTIONS TO SIT WITH
What you remove is often more important than what you add.
Simplicity creates space for what truly matters to breathe.
3 PROMPTS FOR THE WEEK
What can I remove from my life that would make everything else easier?
Where am I overcomplicating something that could be simple?
What would remain if I stripped away everything that isn’t essential?
Until next week,
Chris
