We’ve been taught to see fear as the enemy, something to overcome or push through. But what if fear is actually your inner wisdom speaking? What if that tightness in your chest before you share your work, that hesitation before you have the difficult conversation, that pause before you step into something new, what if these aren’t warnings to retreat, but invitations to pay attention? Fear shows up at the doorway of what matters most.
