Happy Sunday!
Five minutes each week to reset, reflect, and move forward with intention.
1 INSIGHT TO CONSIDER
The first move is the hardest and the smallest at the same time.
The conversation starts with one sentence. The book starts with one page. The change starts with one decision, made once. We inflate first moves into monuments – as if starting requires ceremony, preparation, a perfect moment. But the first move is almost always tiny. Embarrassingly tiny. Send the message. Open the document. Make the call. The size of your dream doesn’t change the size of the first step. It’s small. It’s available. It’s yours to make today.
2 REFLECTIONS TO SIT WITH
Nothing happens until something moves.
The first move doesn’t commit you to the whole journey. It just opens the door.
3 PROMPTS FOR THE WEEK
What first move have I been treating as bigger than it actually is?
What could I do in the next ten minutes that would count as starting?
What becomes possible once the first move is behind me instead of in front of me?
Until next week,
Chris
